Legacy Gifts

Join the E. Warner Bass Legacy Society.

Join the E. Warner Bass Legacy Society and weave your legacy into the legacy of Warner Parks, ensuring it is here for all, forever.
By supporting Friends of Warner Parks with a planned gift, you will become a member of the E. Warner Bass Legacy Society, an intimate circle of visionary leaders who help us honor the past and ensure the future of our beloved Warner Parks.

Sink your roots into the soil of one of Nashville’s most beloved historic outdoor spaces; sow your seeds of generosity so they may be enjoyed by many generations to come; help preserve, steward, and protect our Sanctuary in the City

Three types of gifts

I. Outright gifts that use appreciated assets as a substitute for cash
2. Gifts that return income or other financial benefits to the donor in return for the contribution
3. Gifts payable upon the donor’s death

Once you have committed a planned gift, you will be recognized as a member of the Friends of Warner Parks Legacy Society, with acknowledgement on our website and publication materials, and exclusive access to member-only gatherings and events. Please email Jane Avinger if you would like to learn more.

Our Future

Colonel Luke Lea planted a seed in the Nashville community with his gift of 868 acres in 1927, a seed that has since grown to span 3,187 acres of forest and flower, inspiring an ongoing legacy of Nashvillian’s to sow their own seeds of generosity into the soil of Warner Parks on behalf of generations to come.
