High Incline Rewards in Warner Parks

February 9, 2021

Choose Your Own Adventure

With 17 miles of designated hiking trails and 20 + miles of paved road, there are plenty of paths to choose in Warner Parks. So too do we love it when park users take it upon themselves to map out their own special route. Once familiar with the Parks, of course, and never off-trail.

If you’re looking to keep your heart rate up and tackle as many inclines as possible, read on to discover how to follow what one park user calls ‘Asphalt to Asphalt’. Buns of steel await!

Asphalt to Asphalt

Approx 6.5 miles

Start at the Deep Well Trailhead, and head towards the White Trail. Turn right onto the White Trail and stay on the trail until you come to the paved road, aka: Asphalt #1.

Turn around, and walk the White Trail over Farrell Road, and keep going until you hit the paved road again, aka: Asphalt #2.

Turn around again and cross back over Farrell Road, turning right at the trail connector to now head towards the Red Trail.

Once you approach the Red Trail, turn left onto the trail, and take it all the way back to the Deep Well Trailhead!
